You can select the sensitivity.

In the Record mode, turn on the LCD monitor and press
the Menu button. Press the bottom arrow on the Jog dial
to select

Press the right arrow on the Jog dial to select 100, 200 or

The higher the ISO, the faster the shutter speed that can
be used and the lower the amount of light required.
The adjustment is canceled when the LCD monitor is
turned off.

Pictures will appear grainy when the ISO is high.
When the Mode dial is set to "P", the ISO is automatically
set high in low-light situations when the flash is not used, to
prevent blurring from camera movement.
