To increase the aperture
value (F value), press

*1 Open-aperture (the widest aperture setting) depends on the zoom position.
*2 Varies between 1/500 to 1/1000 depending on the aperture value and/or zoom position.
Exposure differential
● The difference (ranging from –3.0 to +3.0) between the exposure
determined by the currently selected aperture and shutter speed compared
to the exposure level considered optimal by the camera appears in the
upper right-hand corner.
● When the exposure differential is set to less than –3.0 or more than +3.0,
the exposure differential appears in red.
● To avoid camera movement, we recommend use of a tripod for any effect
which uses a lower shutter speed.
To set the shutter speed faster, press
