What is a drive?
A storage device on which files and folders are saved in, and read from.
What is a folder?
A folder is used to group and manage files systematically, and may include files in
sub-folders. It is similar to a filing cabinet.
What is a file?
A file is a document or a collection of various kinds of data generated as a result of
program operation.
To view the entire structure of the drive
Click the Folder icon in the taskbar to view the entire structure. Click the icon again
to return to the Quick Task Window.
