Set Up the Camera and Audio Cables

You're now ready to set up the camera and connect the audio cables. However, before you do so, please note
that the audio cables connect to the system differently depending on whether you have a PictureTel 80 camera,
®
a PictureTel 70 camera, a cart with a Bose speaker (such as the Premier Cart), two monitors, or a projector.
Also, do not attach the camera without referring to the camera documentation. In single-monitor systems, the
camera must be installed correctly on the SVGA/XGA monitor. In dual-monitor systems, it must be installed on
the NTSC/PAL monitor (see "Set Up the Camera with Two Monitors or a Projector" on page 20 for more
information).
The following five pages show you how the camera and audio cables should appear once you've connected
them according to your system configuration. These pages also refer you to the documentation you should
read for complete information about how to set up the camera and audio cables.
