SPECIFICATIONS
To remove the
memory module,
complete the
following steps:
1 Prepare the
computer for
disassembly.
2 Remove the
Keyboard.
3 Pull away the
plastic retention
clips on each
side of the
memory
expansion board
. The memory
expansion board
should
automatically tilt
upwards.
4 Lift the edge of
the memory
expansion board
and slide it out
of the memory
expansion slot at
a 45-degree
angle
.
5 Place the
removed
memory
expansion board
in an
electrostatic-safe
container.
END OF SEQUENCE
To replace the
memory module,
reverse the
previous
procedures.
