authorized OKIDATA service dealer. Have your Zip
code ready. Proof of purchase is required for
warranty work, be sure to retain your purchase
documents.

Okidata Information System Automated Attendant is
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system
can provide immediate assistance with:
• Basic Operating Procedures
• Sales and Service Referrals
• Parts and Consumable Referrals

accurately. Our Customer Service Representatives are
trained on all current Okidata products. They can

• Availability and installation of printer drivers (CSRs
are not trained to provide assistance with the use of
commercial software packages. Please consult your
