How Do You Get Service?

If this Product requires maintenance, either contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased the Product or visit our
product support website at www.leitz.com for information on how to obtain service or a Return Material Authorization
(RMA). If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product
return. An unauthorized return (i.e, one for which an RMA number has not been issued) will be returned to you at your
expense. Authorized returns must be shipped in an approved shipping container, prepaid and insured, to the address
provided on your return paperwork. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your
Leitz product.
The Product covered by this limited warranty and proven to be defective upon inspection will be repaired without charge.
Any Product examined by us or the authorized service center that is not covered by the limited warranty will be not
repaired, or at the discretion of the authorized service provider, you may receive a written estimate of repair at such cost as
the service center may establish from time to time.

The Lietz Icon Printer User Guide is available in PDF format on the Leitz website at www.leitz.com. A printed copy of the
user guide can be requested through the Customer Support site at www.leitz.com.
Should you encounter a problem with the Leitz Icon printer, please give us the opportunity to address the issue before
returning the printer. Most technical support questions can be answered through the Leitz Icon knowledge base or through
the email support service. Email support is free for the entire warranty period (see Limited Warranty Information on
page 26for more information). The extensive Leitz Icon knowledge base is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FCC Class B Information

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try

to operate the equipment.
