Using DATA mode
Select DATA mode with S2. The device automatically displays the file content.
To delete the content of the file, hold down S3 for three seconds. "ERASE" is
displayed on the middle line. Confirm by pressing S3.
4 - Stopwatch mode (CHRONO)
Select the stopwatch by pressing the S2 mode button.
S1 : start stopwatch
S2 : mode
S3 : Lap times/reset to zero
S4 : electroluminescence
Stopwatch display.
The top line displays the total exercise time.
The middle line shows the lap time.
Using the stopwatch
Press S1 to start the stopwatch. The two lines simultaneously display the exercise
time. The stopwatch symbol flashes at the bottom of the screen.
To record a lap time, press S3. The total time since the beginning of the exercise is
displayed on the top line for five seconds. The lap time is displayed on the middle
line.
After this time, the stopwatch returns to normal display mode. The total time
since the beginning of the exercise scrolls on the top line and the time since the
previous "LAP" scrolls on the middle line.
Press S1 to stop the stopwatch. The stopwatch symbol disappears.
To reset the stopwatch to zero, hold down S3 for three seconds. The two lines flash
and the display then returns to zero.
5 - Countdown mode (TIMER)
Select the countdown timer by pressing S2.

The top line displays the countdown beginning at the preset value.
The middle line shows your heart rate.
The bottom line displays TIMER.
Setting the countdown timer
Hold down S3 for four seconds to set the countdown value. The seconds flash. Set
the seconds value with S1. Set the minutes and hours by pressing S2. Having set

the countdown value, select "repeat on" for a repetitive countdown or "repeat
off" for a one-off countdown.
Confirm and exit setting mode by pressing S3.
Using the countdown
Press S1 to start the countdown. The time will count down from the preset value.
When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm sounds. The device then stops at 0 if
you have selected "REPEAT OFF" or repeats the countdown if you have selected
"REPEAT ON".
Press S1 to stop the countdown and hold down S3 for two seconds to reset the
countdown to zero.
6 - Alarm mode (ALARM)
S1 : activate the alarm
S2 : alarm mode
S3 : confirm and exit setting mode
S4 : electroluminescence
Setting the alarm mode
Go to ALM mode by pressing S2. Hold down S3 to set the hour.
Set the chosen value using S1. Confirm your setting with S2.
Set the minutes with S1. Confirm and exit setting mode by pressing S3.
The alarm is automatically activated. "ON" and the symbol .)) are displayed.
Activate/deactivate the alarm
Press S1 to activate the alarm. "ON" and the alarm symbol are displayed on the
screen. The alarm symbol will also be displayed in time mode.
Press S1 to deactivate the alarm. "OFF" is displayed and the alarm symbol disappears.
Using the alarm
The alarm sounds at the preset time.
To turn the alarm off when it sounds, press any button.

- Approximate battery life in normal use (5hrs per week in HRM mode):
1.5 years for the watch and around 1 year for the strap.
Important : The backlighting function uses a lot of power (2000 times more
than the watch when functioning normally). If you use this function frequently, the
batteries' life may be significantly reduced.
After several hours of use you will need to change them.
