3. Auto retrieve
You can configure Auto retrieve to retrieve e-mails
automatically from the incoming mail server. When
a new mail arrives, an icon appears at the top of
the screen. You can select that auto receiving time
slot have Off, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day.
Please note that additional charges may occur
using [Auto retrieve] feature.
4. Include message in Fwd & Reply
Determines whether to allow original message to
be part of Reply & forward mails.
5. Signature
You can configure a text signature to be attached
to the end of an e-mail. The configured signature
text is automatically or manually attached to the
end of the e-mail when it is sent.
6. Mail to retrieve
You can configure how many mail headers to be
downloaded at one time, when header retrieve
performed from POP3 mailbox or mailbox
synchronize performed from IMAP4 mailbox.

7. Retrieving option
You can configure retrieving option to allow the
mails deleted from the local client to be
downloaded again or to download the new mails
only.
8. Email accounts
1. You can create or configure an e-mail account
including the e-mail server and user ID.
2. You can edit a selected e-mail account by
pressing the Edit key.
3. You can select an e-mail account to be used to
send an e-mail using the OK key.
4. You can select the following functions using the
Option key.

Add new: Create a new e-mail account.

Edit: Select this to edit the e-mail account.

Activate: Select this to activate the selected
e-mail account.
