Motorspeed

Motor speed is captured via a magnetic sensor. By contrast to the previous capacitive method
with one wire over the ignition line, the magnetic sensor captures the ignition current only
if the spark effectively ignites. For this reason the registration is much less vulnerable than
the capacitive detection.
The sensor is in addition monitored in regard to wire-breakage.
The direction of mounting the sensor on the ignition wire does not matter.

Cylinder head temperature or exhaust gas temperature

The temperature is captured with a thermocouple type K.
The spark plug CHT sensor is supplied as a standard.
Upon request it is possible to supply an EGT sensor with a thermocouple – plug pair.
This element can easily be replaced by the user.
