Inserting the Tool

Drill Spindle Locking
For the easy and quick changing of the tools or the
drill chuck, the machine has a drill spindle locking
device which eliminates the need to hold the drill
spindle by hand or with a tool.
SB 13-XE:
The machine is intended for impact drilling in brick,
concrete and stone as well as for drilling in wood,
metal, ceramics and plastics.
The user is responsible for damage caused by usage
other then intended.

Inserting the tool
For this purpose, Open chuck, insert the selected bit
and tighten chuck. After the clamping jaws have
tightened around the tool shaft, turn the chuck a
further 1/4 in order to let the chucking power reten-
tion engage (pos. ; 1x click).
