TROUBLE SHOOTING:
If the system does not function properly, please check the following points.
MONITOR
WIRED
CAMERAS
DVR
PROBLEM
Too dark or bright picture
Poor picture quality
Picture but no sound
Picture, but no control
Shrinking Picture
NO POWER
NO VIDEO
Picture flickering or over
exposed
Slave HDD not readable
HDD not found
Keypad doesn't work
Recording stopped
SOLUTION
Readjust the CONTRAST or
BRIGHTNESS controls
Clean the camera lens. Readjust the
CONTRAST or BRIGHTNESS controls
Adjust the volume
Reset the system by turning off the main
power and unplugging the system. Turn
the system on again after 30 seconds
Check the condition of the power source
Make sure the AC Cord is connected
properly and the power switch is "ON"
Check the cable connected at
the Monitor, and at the camera
for any loose connection.
Make sure the camera is not facing any
direct light or sunlight
Check the jumper PIN connection.
Activate the Slave HDD in the Menu option
HDD SLAVE.
Re-insert HDD as per Appendix #1.
Make sure that the HDD cartridge is
locked.
Check the jumper setting, it must be set to
MASTER
Remove the Key Lock
The HDD is Full, and Overwrite is not
enabled
