2.5 WORKING TYPE (DATA MODE)

1) From the Main Menu, type [5] and press [Enter].
2) The following submenu will be displayed for selecting a working type.

2.5.1 SET WORK ONLINE (DEFAULT)

This refers to real-time transmission. However, data loss may occur because the buffer
will be cleared in the following conditions:
Timer times out.
The cradle is unexpectedly disconnected with a remote host.

2.5.2 SET WORK OFFLINE

This means data will not be sent out immediately. When the cradle is unexpectedly
disconnected with a remote host, data received over IR will be temporarily saved in the
buffer, and then sent out when the connection is re-established.
Note: Ethernet Cradle can buffer up to 128 Kbytes of data.
