Distribution lists

You can send a text message to
multiple recipients at one time. First,
you must create a distribution list
using the entries in your contacts
list.
1. At the standby mode, select
Menu
>
Messages
messages
>
Distribution
2. Select

Options

3. Enter the name of the list and
press OK.
4. With the list highlighted, select
Options
>
View list
contact.
5. Highlight the contact you want
to add to the distribution list and
press Select.

6. Highlight the phone number you
want to add and press Select.
Repeat steps 4–6 to add
additional contacts to the

Send a message

To send a message to all contacts in
a created distribution list:
1. At the standby mode, select
Menu
>
Messages
messages
>
Create
After a brief pause, the message
entry screen appears in the
display.
2. Compose a message using the
keypad and press Options.
3. Select
Send to
>
list.
4. Highlight the distribution list you
are sending to and press
OK.

2. Highlight a distribution list and
select Options.
3. Scroll to an option and press
Select
to enter a submenu:
Add
list—Create a distribution list
using your contacts list.
View
list—View the list of
