INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all the packaging material and take out the appliance. Remove any possible
adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper from the appliance. Before the first use, wash the
parts that will come in contact with food (see sec. MAINTENANCE). Place the assembled
appliance on a flat, steady, smooth and clean surface at a height, out of the reach of children
(see sec. SAFETY WARNINGS). Leave enough space to ensure sufficient ventilation. Make sure
that the power supply cord is not damaged and that it is not led underneath the appliance or over
any sharp or hot surfaces. The minicooler can be operated using 220-240 V/50 hertz alternating
current or 12 V direct current. Please follow the instructions in the following paragraphs
concerning connection to the power supply. The minicooler can be used for both cooling and
warming purposes.
Cooling: If possible, place items into the minicooler that have already been cooled down
somewhat. If warm items have to be cooled down, this takes approx. 5 hours.
Warming: The minicooler cannot be used for heating or preparing food items. However, it can be
used to keep items warm or to warm up cold food over a period of approx. 2 hours.
Opening the lid: Fold the handle. Hold lid and lift it off.
Note
• Place unpacked food into a proper container before placing into the mini cooler.
• The switch should be placed to the off positron for at least 5 minutes before changing the
working mode. Remember to turn off the unit and empty contents when not in use.
• The lowest temperature reached inside the appliance depends on the ambient temperature
and cooling capacity (up to 13 °C - 16 °C below the temperature of the environment).
