Adding a voice tag to a phone number

Voice tags can only be added to the phone numbers stored in the phone's memory.
First, change the memory in use from
instructions. Then, save a name and number in the phone's memory.

The voice tag is now stored in the phone's memory and the symbol
number with the voice tag.
