To set an interval timer, select
timer > Interval timer
timer, and select Save. Enter the time interval, and select OK.
To use an interval timer, select
timer > Interval
Start timer.

To use the split time or lap time functions for activities where you
need to time yourself, select

If you press the end key and return to the standby mode, the
stopwatch continues to run in the background, and
