For the twisted pair cable, pins
NOTE:
1 & 2 must be a pair and pins 3 &
6 must also be a pair. Each pin
must connect straight to the other
end of cable (pin 1 to 1, 2 to 2,
3 to 3, and 6 to 6). Other pins
are not used.
