Getting Started
Before First Use
Remove any packaging material and promotion labels before using your kettle for the first
time. Ensure you position the kettle on a firm, level benchtop, free from any obstructions.
Clean the kettle before first use. Fill the kettle to the maximum level with water, bring to
the boil and then discard the water.
NOTE: Ensure the kettle, cord and plug are not damaged and in good working order
before disposing of original packaging.
Operation of your Kettle
1.
Remove the kettle from the base.
2.
Open the lid by pressing the
button on the handle of the
kettle. The lid will lift upwards.
Note: DO NOT operate the kettle dry – this will activate the boil dry protection and cause
the kettle to turn "OFF". DO NOT overfill the kettle past the maximum mark as this may
cause boiling water to splash out. DO NOT operate the kettle with the lid open as this will
cause boiling water to splash out.

Fill with the desired amount of
water. The amount of water must
always be between the minimum
and maximum indicators.
