NOTE: The 360° base allows the kettle to rotate but DO NOT perform this action while the
kettle is switched ON.

Make sure the lid is closed by pushing it down until it locks into place. The lid will
click to confirm it is in place.

Place the kettle onto the base
and connect the mains plug to a
power outlet and switch it on.
TIP: Store excess cable in the base.

7. The kettle will automatically switch OFF once the water is boiled. Lift the kettle off
the base and pour the water into your desired vessel.
WARNING: The water will be hot. Be sure to pour slowly especially if filled to the
maximum level. DO NOT overfill the kettle past the maximum mark as this may cause
boiling water to splash out.
NOTE: To re-boil you may need to wait a few seconds for the control to reset.
Boil Dry Protection
This kettle is fitted with a boil dry protection safety feature, which protects against
overheating should the appliance be operated with insufficient water. The kettle will stop
heating and automatically switch 'OFF'.
If this occurs, switch off at the power outlet and disconnect the mains plug. Allow kettle to
cool before refilling. The safety boil dry protection will automatically reset.

Press the ON/OFF switch to the
ON position. The ON/OFF switch
will illuminate.
