Storage.

Store in a location where the washer will not be subject to freezing conditions.

Make sure that the pressure washer has been drained of water and remove the hoses.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM
Motor will not start or stops during
operation.
Circuit breaker trips or fuse blown
in fuse box.
Water or oil leaking from bottom of
pump.
Trigger will not move.
Unit will not stop when trigger is
released.
Motor running but pump not
reaching maximum pressure or
has irregular pressure.

CAUSE
Loose or disconnected plug.
Tripped pressure washer thermal switch.
Power blast trigger not operating properly. Return to Service Agent
Circuit overload.
Extension lead too long or wire size
too small.
Nozzle partially blocked causing
excessive pressure.
A small amount of leakage is normal.
Safety catch engaged.
Auto stop system inoperative.
Water not turned on or partially on.
Unit has been stored in freezing
temperatures.
Water inlet filter clogged.
Kink in supply hose.
Air in pump.
Suction or discharge valves worn out.

REMEDY
Check plug connections / Reconnect plug
Allow to cool and restart unit.
Check that power supply is correctly rated. Disconnect
other loads from circuit.
Use proper lead as recommended in manual.
Clean nozzle.
If leakage becomes excessive contact service agent.
Release safety catch.
Contact service agent.
Open water tap.
Thaw out unit completely including hose, gun and lance.
Clean filter.
Straighten hose.
Run washer with gun open and lance removed until
a steady stream of water emerges.
