1. STARTER K E Y - T u r n the key to
the r i g h t to s t a r t the engine. When
turning off the engine, t u r n the key
to the left and the key w i l l be i n an
upright position.
Do not t u r n the key
a l l the way to the left as this is the
accessory position
DO NOT START THE ENGINE W I T H
THE PTO ENGAGED.
2. CHOKE - To s t a r t a cold engine, push choke lever down.
Push
lever up when engine is w a r m e d up.
3. THROTTLE - When the throttle lever i s a l l the way up, the engine
should be i d l i n g .
To increase the engine R P M , push the lever
downward u n t i l the desired t h r o t t l e s e t t i i ^ i s obtained.
