Key Pad Dial Lock

Allow dialing only from Phone Book entries and lock dialing
with keypad. Unauthorized use of 920P can be prevented.

To cancel Key Pad Dial Lock, repeat operation.

Emergency Numbers (110, 119, 118) can be dialed even while Key Pad
Dial Lock is set.
