THE ADJUSTMENT OF THROTTLE LEVER

To adjust the throttle lever free distance:
1. Remove the cover. Loosen the nut
2. Turn the adjuster
3. Tighten the nut .

4. Recheck the throttle lever free distance.
Readjust it if it is not within the correct limits.
WARNNG
Operating the vehicle with an inadequate throttle lever free distance could be
hazardous.
nadequate throttle lever free distance could cause engine speed to rise suddenly
when you turn the handlebars. This can lead the rider to lose control.
Adjust the throttle lever free distance so that engine idle speed does not rise due
to handlebar movement.

