11.2 Client Filtering

If you want to restrict users from accessing certain Internet applications/services
(e.g. Internet websites, email, FTP etc.), then this is the place to set that
configuration. Client Filtering allows users to define the traffic type permitted in your
LAN. You can control which PC client can have access to these services.
Parameters
Enable Client Filter
IP
Port
Type
Block Time
Description
Check this box to enable Client Filtering function.
Enter the client IP range that you want to filter.
Enter the port range of services that you want to
restrict the clients to access.
Select the protocol type of services that you want
to restrict the clients to access.
Select "Always" if you want to block the clients
from accessing the services all the time. Select
"Block" if you want to block the clients from
accessing the services only during the assigned
time period.
