    UW KERAMISCHE KOOKPLAAT Inleiding Deze keramische kookplaat is ontworpen voor de echte kookliefhebber. De kookplaat is voorzien van Cooklight elementen.     GEBRUIK Werking van de aanraaktoetsen Het bedienen van de kookplaat door middel van de aanraaktoetsen en slider is even wennen als u andere bediening gewend bent. Leg uw vinger toppen plat op de toetsen voor het beste effect. U hoeft niet hard te drukken.
  • Page 9 GEBRUIK Let op • Zandkorreltjes of andere substanties kunnen krasjes en vlekken veroorzaken die niet meer te verwijderen zijn. Zet daarom alleen pannen met een schone bodem op het kookvlak en til pannen altijd op als u ze verplaatst. • Kook altijd met het deksel op de pan om energieverlies te voorkomen.

    BEDIENING Inschakelen Zet een pan op een kookzone. Druk op de sleuteltoets. Er klinkt een enkel geluidssignaal. Druk op de aan-/uittoets van de gewenste kookzone. In de display verschijnt een knipperende ‘-’ en er klinkt een enkel geluidssignaal. Wanneer u geen verdere actie onderneemt, schakelt de kookzone na 10 seconden vanzelf uit.

    BEDIENING • Druk gedurende 2 seconden op de “extra zone-elementtoets”. • Druk nogmaals op de “extra zone-elementtoets”, of houd deze ingedrukt tot er onder “zone” geen functie meer zichtbaar is. • Het extra zone-element schakelt na 3 seconden uit.     Using the touch controls The touch controls and slider may take some getting used to if you are used to other (rotary) controls. Place the tip of your finger flat on the control to achieve the best results. You do not have to apply any pressure.
  • Page 39 Attention • Grains of sand may cause scratches which cannot be removed. Only put pans with a clean base on the cooking surface and always pick pans up to move them. • Always keep the lid on the pan when cooking, in order to avoid energy loss.

    OPERATION Switching on Place a pan on a cooking zone. Press the “key” button. A single beep will be heard. Press the on-/off button of the desired cooking zone. A flashing ‘-’ appears on the display and a single beep can be heard.

    OPERATION Zone function The ‘extra zone element’ function can be used to activate an extra zone element. Which elements may be activated, is shown by the graphics on the ceramic top. Double zone A zone with two rings or spaces is a double zone. Only “do” can be set. Triple zone A zone with three rings is a triple zone.

    OPERATION • The extra zone element switches off after 3 seconds. The current setting is visible and “zone” disappears from the display. Stand-by mode In stand-by modus the ceramic hob is switched off. You can switch to the stand-by mode from the eco stand-by mode, or by switching off all individual cooking zones.

    OPERATION Did you know After 30 minutes in the stand-by mode the hob will automatically switch to the eco stand-by mode to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. Childproof lock You can lock the hob with the chilproof lock. This prevents accidental switching on of the cooking zones.

Daily cleaning • Best for daily cleaning is a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent. • Dry with kitchen paper or a dry teacloth. • Special cleaning agents for ceramic hobs have the advantage that a thin film remains on the glass surface so that over-cooked food and lime scale are less likely to get burnt into the hob, making it easier to clean the next time.
