METHOD OF MEASUREMENT
All measurements used in the following recipes are to the Australian Metric Standard.
1 cup = 250ml
1 tablespoon = 20ml
Vi cup = 125ml
1 teaspoon = 5ml
Vi cup = 83ml
Vi teaspoon = 2.5ml

A cup = 62.3ml
VA teaspoon = 1.25ml
For all cup and spoon measurements the ingredients are level.
