3. TIGHTEN TAIL BLADES

Tighten the tail rotor blades so they do not
fall under their own weight.

4. ATTACH UNDERCARRIAGE
•
Using the supplied screws, attach the un-
dercarriage and tail boom support as
shown.
5. ATTACH MAIN ROTOR BLADES
•
Fit the main rotor blades using the 3mm
bolts and nuts packaged with the blades.
Tighten the bolts so that the blades can be
moved by hand, but not move under their
own weight.

RADIO INSTALLATION
Much of the hard work has already been carried
out with the servos, pushrods and gyro being
installed at the factory.
6. RECEIVER INSTALLATION
•
The receiver is installed in the cavity be-
tween the main side frames underneath
the main drive gears. Secure with the
supplied double sided tape.

As a further aid, a setup guide for some of the
more popular radios, is included at the back of
this manual. Note that this is a guide only and
all functions still need to be checked for cor-
rect operation.

Fit the antenna tube into the holders
moulded into the undercarriage. Feed the
antenna wire through the antenna tube. To
keep the antenna clear of all moving parts,
run the antenna wire around the vertical
fin and back to the landing gear as shown.
