Huawei Mate can work with American standard-compliant 4-position 3.5 mm headsets.
You can use such a headset to receive a call, but not to end the call. Using such a headset, you

Huawei Mate supports MGL to HDMI output and USB-OTG cables. By default, Huawei
Mate does not use USB-OTG cables.
