Remove the 7 Torx T8M2.5×6.0 screws from the top of the computer.
7.
Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
(1): Power button board cable
(2): Speaker cable
(3): Function board cable
(4): Card reader cable
8.
Pry the top cover off the computer to disengage it.
NOTE:
Begin by attempting to pry the top cover loose near the optical drive.
