Final Reduction Pinion and Rear Axle
(4) Be sure that there is no "play" between the
Shaft Assembly
(24) rear axle housing. and the following parts:
(16) ball bearing 45 x 80 x 18, (17) collar 40 x
55 x 39, and the (19) final reduction gear.
I. Final Reduction Pinion

Use the (12) special tool to f i t the (14)
(1) Press-fit the (4) ball bearing 6206, (6)

sleeve 45 x 50 x 20 and the (16) ball bearing 45
ring P25, and the

seal collar 25 x 35 x 11 on

Be sure that there are no sharp edges on the

any sharp edges remove them completely.
(3) lnsert the (3) liner 22.5 x 30 x 1, and metal
22 x 27 x 22.5 onto the (1) final reduction
Fit the (15) oil seal TC507010 on the (13)
pinion
rear axle shaft to the front edge
as
shown in the
illustration.
(4) lnsert the (5) oil seal TC35508 into the

Be sure to bend down the (23) locking 46 on the
head of the (21) bolts 8

16 ( 2 pcs).

Tightening torque of the (21) bolts 8

16:
(1) Fit the (14) sleeve 45 x 50 x 20, (16) ball
9-12 fr-lbs (1.3-1.7 kg-m)
bearing 45 x 80 x 18, (17) collar 40 x 55 x 39,
(19) final reduction gear, (20) collar 30.2 x 45 x

The (12) special tool shown in the illustration

can be either mode by yourself or ordered.
