Requirement
With the needle bar at b.d.c. and solenoid core 1 fully operated there must be a clearance
of approx. 0.5 mm between locking pawl 4 and fixing collar 5.

● Set the needle bar at b.d.c.
● Push solenoid core 1 fully in.
● Position solenoid housing 2 (screw 3) according to Requirement
