Post latch
❶ Move the quick-release
lever as shown. The
locking pin should be
completely retracted.

❷ Move the handlebar post
onto the post latch.
❸ Move the lever up into the
slot on the base of the
handlebar post.
❹ Move the quick-release
lever into the locked
position. The bicycle
should arrive with the
quick-release lever
properly adjusted but if
it is not see Section 4:
Adjusting the Handle
Post Latch.
Important! It should require
some pressure to engage the
lock and your hand should
have indent marks from the
lever. Adjust the quick-release
lever until it is firmly engaged.
