11.Fix pressure plate of clutch. Two bolts with "Y.G" mark must be inserted into two
anchor hole. Tighten six bolts with torque 30 N•m .
12. Fix upper mud plate
13. Fix parts according to reverse operation to the disassembly.

Timing setup and balancing shaft setup

1. When the first piston locates top dead center, make sure the mark on
camshaft timing sprocket wheel in the position shown as the following
figure.
2. Make a mark between two holes as the Figure 2, and turn the left
balancing shaft sprocket, make sure the mark on the balancing shaft
sprocket aligned to the mark made at the beginning of this step.
3. Make a mark about 30mm above the bolt as the Figure 3, and turn the right
balancing shaft sprocket; make sure the mark on the balancing shaft
sprocket aligned to the mark made at the beginning of this step.
3. Fix guide plate, and tension plate
4. Fix the sprocket. Mark on the sprocket must be in straight line to the single
white link on the timing chain. (See Figure 4)
Torque 30 N•m
