• The Email/ftp and NAS schedule can be enabled via the Scheduling page.
• To change administrator settings, go to the Admin - Admin login page. Change the administrator
password regularly to increase security.
Note: always remember the admin password; it is not possible to configure the camera without it.
Note: when the password is unknown, the camera can be reset to default values (admin, no
password) by pressing the reset button [D] which is physically connected to the camera. At
the same time, the camera password changes to: inpro
For security and privacy reasons, make sure to change the camera password (via
webconfig – Video settings).
• The NTP date and time settings can be set via the Date/Time menu. When connected to the
Internet, the camera can synchronise its internal date and time setting using a time server (e.g.
ntp.asql.co.uk - refer to
• The firmware of the camera can be upgraded via the Upgrade page. Upgrade can be done from a
local file or using an ftp server.
Warning: be very careful when loading new firmware into the camera. Loading wrong
firmware will render it useless. An upgrade should not be performed unless the necessity
is proven. The operation should be carried out by a qualified person only.
Never power off the camera during upgrade.
The manufacturer or dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or
problems.
