Ground coffee too coarse.
Ground coffee past its best
before date.

Milk too warm or past its best
before date.
Nozzle (8b) blocked.
Milk too fatty.
Solution
Clean filter holder (11) or
filter (11a/b).
Use coarser ground coffee.
Fill reservoir (7).
Fit reservoir (7) correctly.
Undo brew head filter (12) and
clean.

Wait until ready" indicator
light (5) lights up green.
Use the recommended
quantity of ground coffee.
Use finer ground coffee.
Use fresh ground coffee.
Fill the reservoir.
Fit reservoir (7) correctly.
Use cold, fresh milk.
