5 EJECT
8 To stop the toaster mid-cycle, press the 5 button.
9 The toast will pop up, and the elements will switch off.
f FROZEN BREAD
10 Leave the browning level at your favoured setting, insert the
frozen bread, lower the lever, then press the f button.
11 The f light will come on, and the toasting time will be altered
automatically to give the same degree of browning you get with
unfrozen bread.
H EXTRA LIFT
12 After toasting small items (bagels, crumpets, etc.) the lever may
be raised further, to allow them to be removed more easily.
C HINTS AND TIPS
13 Old (yesterday's) bread has less moisture, so makes crisper toast.
14 Old bread, thin slices, and sweet bread products (tea cakes, fruit
loaf, etc.) brown faster – use a lower setting.
C CARE AND MAINTENANCE
15 Unplug the toaster and let it cool down.
16 Wipe outer surfaces with a damp cloth.
