Is a click heard when the relay is turned on?
Is a voltage of approx. 380V generated at C720 when the
power is supplied?
Is UR14V generated at the pin (5) of CN1702?
Is UR35V generated at the pin (6) of CN1701?
re UR6V, UR4.3V and UR3.5V outputs normal?

power.
Is the fuse till blown when turning on the power after replacing
F701 and F702?

Is there BU3.3V output immediately after the power is supplied?
NO
Replace D706, D707, Z702,
R741, and R744.
Check Q1708, Q1718, Q1719, Q1720, and R1761.
Check Q709, Q716, Q1709, and PC704.
Check Q705, RC702, Z701, R726, and R784.
Check Z901, Q706, Q707, Q717, and R735.
Check D1702, Q1701, Q1702, R1713, and DZ1701.
Check ICs (Z1703-Z1705) for each output, switches (Q1703-
1707), and diodes (D1703, RC1705, and RC1706).
