Rimontaggio componenti cambio

- Inserire contemporaneamente l'albero primario e l'albero secondario nel
semicarter sinistro con le relative rosette di rasamento.
- Inserire l'albero comando forcelle e mettere in folle.
- Inserire le forcelle cambio nelle rispettive sedi sugli ingranaggi; inserire i perni
delle forcelle nelle scanalature sull'albero di comando.
- Inserire i perni delle forcelle.
- Posizionare la guarnizione tra i semicarters con l'ausilio di un sigillante.
- Chiudere i due semicarters controllando il corretto posizionamento della
guarnizione; serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta..
- Montare il rocchetto sull'albero comando forcelle e bloccare la vite di fissaggio
con "Loctite 242". Rimontare il saltarello delle marce. Inserire la molla ed il
selettore.
- A questo punto controllare la corretta posizione del selettore sui perni del
rocchetto.
- Con una marcia inserita, il selettore deve avere lo stesso gioco rispetto ai perni
del rocchetto sia superiormente che inferiormente. In caso contrario, é necessario
piegare le estremità della molla nella direzione opposta rispetto al punto dove é
stato riscontrato il gioco maggiore. Dopo aver modificato la piegatura iniziale
della molla, controllare che l'apertura delle due estremità della molla corrisponda
al diametro esterno del perno di comando.
Reassembling the gearbox elements
- Fit the main shaft and the secondary shaft into the left half-casing with the shim
washers.
- Fit the fork shaft, and set the gearbox to idle.
- Fit the gearbox forks into their housings on the gears.
- Fit the fork pins into the slots of the main shaft. Fit the fork pins.
- Set the gasket between the half-casings using a dope.
- Close the two half-casings, and check that the gasket is well set.
- Tighten the screws according to the prescribed torque. Fit the reel on the fork
shaft, and tighten the screw using "Loctite 242". Reassemble the gear pawl. Fit the
spring and the selector.
- Check now the correct position of the selector on the reel pins.
- Check that the selector has the same upper and lower play than the reel pins
when one of the gears is inserted.
- If not, bend the ends of the spring in the opposite direction as regards the point
where the grater play has been detected.
- After changing the initial bent of the spring, check that the opening of the two
spring ends matches the outside diameter of the control pin.
Rémontage des éléments de la boite des vitesses
- Insérer en même temps l'arbre primaire et le secondaire dans le demi-carter-
gauche avec les rondelles d'épaisseur.
- Insérer l'arbre de commande fourches et mettre au point mort.
- Insérer les fourches de la boîte des vitesses sur les engrenages; insérer les
goujons des fourches dans les rainures sur l'arbre de commande.
- Inséer les goujons des fourches.
- Placer le joint entre les demi-carters au moyen d'une colle à sceller.
- Fermer les deux demi-carters et contrôler la correcte position du joint; serrer les
vis par la couple prévue.
- Monter le rochet sur l'arbre de commande fourches et bloquer la vis par "Loctite
242".
- Remonter le cliquet des vitesses. Insérer le ressort et le sélecteur.
- Maintenant, contôler la correcte position du sélecteur sur le goujons du rochet.
- Quand une vitesse est insérée, le sélecteur doit avoir le même jeu, soit
supérieurement, soit inférieurement, par rapport aux goujons du rochet.
- Autrement, il est avis de plier les extrémitès du ressort dans la direction opposée
par rapport au point où on a detecté le jeu plus important.
- Après avoir changé le pli initial du ressort, contrôler que l'orifice sur les deux
extrémités correspond au diamètre extérieur du goujon de commande.
