Updating the camera fi rmware from versions 1.00 to 3.11 to version 4.30 changes camera menus and alters the
functions of camera controls.
Q Macro mode is now selected automatically as required, with the result that macro mode selection option that
could formerly be assigned to the function buttons (default Fn3) has been replaced by AF mode selection. If
macro mode was not assigned to a function button when the update was performed, AF mode selection can
be performed from the shooting menu (EN-4).
