The use of the resin fan lowers the armature’s moment of inertia, which is a factor in increasing cutting efficiency.

(This step only applies to the Model M 12VE.) (6) Loosen the three Machine Screws (W/Washers) M4 x 12 (Black) [64] <60>, and then remove the Bearing Cover [63] <59>, Pushing Button [66] <62>, and Lock Spring (A) [65] <61>.
