MELT

Melt provides four preset categories to melt foods.
Butter, Chocolate, Cheese, Marshmallows.
Example:
To melt 8 oz. (225 g) of chocolate.
Touch:
Two times
NOTE: After 4 seconds, the oven will start
automatically. When the cook time
is over, you will hear four beeps and
END will display.

MELT TABLE

CODE CATEGORY
Unwrap and place in a
1 Butter or
microwavable container.
Margarine
No need to cover butter.
Stir at the end of cooking to
complete melting.
2 Chocolate
Chocolate chips or squares
of baking chocolate may be
used. Unwrap squares and
place in a microwavable
container. Stir at the end of
cycle to complete melting.
Use processed cheese
3 Cheese
food only. Cut into cubes.
Place in a single layer in a
microwavable container.
Stir at the end of cooking to
complete melting.
Large or miniature
4 Marshmallows
marshmallows may
be used. Place in a
microwavable container.
Stir at the end of cycle to
complete melting.

SOFTEN TABLE

Butter will be at room
temperature and ready for
use in recipe.
2 Ice Cream
Place container in oven. Ice
cream will be soft enough
to make scooping easier.
Unwrap and place in
3 Cream
microwavable container.
Cheese
Cream cheese will be at
room temperature and
ready for use in recipe.
Remove top. Place in oven.
4 Frozen
Frozen juice will be soft
Juice
enough to easily mix with
water.
