Switching the alarm on/off
Operations during playing back alarm sound
At the set time, alarm sound plays back. During playback, operations below are available.
Note
If source cannot be played back at the alarm time (ex. iPod is not set), beep sound is played back.

USING ALARM FUNCTION
Switch on/off the alarm function.

When the alarm is on, the alarm indicator
(
) lights up and alarm time is displayed
for a while.
Press SNOOZE/SLEEP.
The alarm sound stops and resumes
after 5 minutes.

• When SOURCE+BEEP is set, press
SNOOZE/SLEEP to stop the beep sound.
press SNOOZE/SLEEP again to stop the
source. After 5 minutes from the source is
stopped, the source with fading in and beep
sound resumes.
• When the snooze function is activated, alarm
indicator flashes.

• Unless you stop the alarm, the alarm stops
after 60 minutes automatically.
• The alarm function turns off when you
stop the alarm, but settings such as the
alarm time are saved for convenient use
next time. To set the alarm again, press
ALARM.
