Engaging reverse
When shifting into R (Reverse) gear, lift
the mis-shift prevention tab up and
then shift into R (Reverse) gear position.
DRIVING
ECO SYSTEM (if equipped)
ECO shift (manual transmission)
The p or q symbol is dispayed along with the
recommended gear number, indicating you should upshift
or downshift for high fuel efficiency.
HYUNDAI ACCENT
ECO indicator (automatic transmission)
The ECO indicator light will illuminate
when you drive with high fuel efficiency.
The ECO indicator can be turned off by
selecting the function through the trip
computer and pressing and holding for
more than 1 second. ECO OFF will then
appear.
