Diagnosis on motorcycle lamp failure in illumination
Remove the connector between the conductor
bundle of electromagnetic motor and the cable
assembly; check whether there is power
supply via the output conductors of the
lighting coil with a test lamp.
The test lamp
is not light.
Open circuit or short
circuit

lighting
coil or output wires
The lamp is light
Short circuit inside the
rectifier regulator.
Replace the headlamp bulb and check
all the other lamp bulbs.

regulator and the cable assembly.

Dismantle
assembly and check whether
any bulb is burnt.
