Keep these operating instructions, your sales receipt and
the IMEI no. of your phone (see p. 149) close to hand.
If your phone has obvious technical defects, you
will be given an address and RMA number for re-
turn of goods by our Service Centre,
quote on the warranty certificate and on the outside of the
packaging of your return goods. Please send the phone to
us together with the warranty certificate, a copy of the
proof of purchase, the RMA no. and a precise description
of the fault.
Do not send us your SIM card or any separately pur-
chased accessories with your return goods.
Goods which are returned not prepaid, without an RMA no.
or sent to company headquarters in Mannheim/Germany
will not be accepted.
