Quick guide to function keys

Keys Press briefly
dials * (control symbol for special services, e.g. provided by
network operator)
dials # (control symbol for special services, e.g. provided by
network operator)
• calls the last name in the phone book
• leafs backwards through phone book (i.e. previous name)
• while making a call: increases handset volume
• within the operating menu: calls up the previous function
• calls the first name in the phone book on the display
• leafs forwards through phone book (i.e. next name)
• while making a call: reduces handset volume
• within the operating menu: calls up the following function
• calls up more operating functions
• accept incoming call
• dial number entered/displayed
• displays list of dialled, received and missed calls
• while making a call: press 2x = switches on handsfree
function. Press again = switches off handsfree
• confirms entry or query on operating menu
• ends or declines a call
• interrupts or cancels an entry in the operating menu
• press several times: return to "normal" display (when ready
to use, i.e. on standby)
• deletes incorrect entries in reverse when creating a text
message or entering numbers; press and hold to delete the
