1. Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with damp cloth.
2. Find a dry, suitable, level surface near an electrical outlet.
3. The cooking plates should be lightly coated with a small
amount of vegetable oil. Vegetable oil can be applied with
a paper towel, brush or nonstick oil spray. The oil will help

should be done periodically to maintain the nonstick
quality.
4. Prepare the batter for the TWINKIES™.
5. Raise the lid of the appliance.
6. Fill each of the six pastry wells in the nonstick cooking
surface with batter mixture.
7. Close the lid and plug in. Steam may be released from
appliance during cooking. For your safety, avoid contact
with steam, as it is very hot and can cause burns.
8. Allow TWINKIES™ to cook for alotted time. Open the unit
to check if the TWINKIES™ are ready. If they are cooked
as desired, remove the plug from the power outlet and
use a wooden utensil or heat proof spatula to remove the
TWINKIES™. If they are not completely cooked, close the
unit and continue cooking for 4-7 minutes or until
TWINKIES™ are golden brown.
9. To cook additional TWINKIES™, repeat the above steps.
Reapply the plates with cooking oil, butter or margarine.
You may want to use a pastry brush. Do not touch the hot
plates.
