MARSHMALLOW FLUFF
½ Cup Unsalted Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Marshmallow Fluff (about ½ of a 7.5 oz jar)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For best results, have all ingredients at room temperature
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Fill pastry bag. Inject about one tablespoon in three locations
on the underside of each cooled TWINKIES
and enjoy!

Helpful hint: You may also use jelly, jams or preserves (puree
first for best consistency), as well as mousse, pudding, or pie
fillings to fill your TWINKIES
