The hopper door pivot has two grease fittings, one on each side of the hopper. The hopper door should be lubricated with Lubriplate EMB grease (Tennant part number 01433--1) every 200 hours of operation. MAINTENANCE Tennant’s hydraulic fluids provide a longer life for the hydraulic components. There are two fluids available for different temperature ranges: Tennant part no. Ambient Temperature 65869 above 7_ C (45_ F) 65870 below 7_ C (45_ F) The higher temperature fluid has a higher viscosity and should not be used at the lower temperatures.
